Value Not Volume

When it comes to social media we all get bored of the rubbish content some people share. We have all been there with someone who posts absolute rubbish. However, if we really want to have an impact on social media we need to think value not volume.

So what do we mean by value? Value is what is valuable to your audience e.g. candidates and clients. Nothing else matters.

What interests your clients and your candidates are all that matters. Ask them, and then act up on it!

Less can be more

Less can be more, especially if it adds real value.
